“Once a week, I attend a group personal training session with my mother Shelley, boyfriend Paul and friend James (strange mix I know!). "Danielle has trained me now for 18 months. As I have no ACL in my left knee, my programme needs to be highly specified taking the injury into consideration. Danielle has not only done this with a carefully planned regime, but has also taken me to a level of fitness that allows me to continue to do all the activities I enjoy such as skiing on a regular basis. My aim is to avoid having a knee reconstruction for as long as possible. Danielle has certainly contributed in a major way to that goal. She is also a great person and lots of fun to train with. "

"I have been training with Brad for over 9 months  and look forward to each session. In that time I have  lost just over 10kg. My functional strength has improved out of sight. When I started with Brad I had no strength and very limited functionional use of my shoulders due to rotator cuff injuries, I could not even do a single pushup. Brad has helped me regain use of my shoulders and my overall strength has improved dramatically. I now have more energy and enthusiasm for daily activities. Brad is also very helpful with nutritional advise and has guided me in my whole life style change . I now  play OZtag and Masters Rugby League and not only contribute but I really enjoy it. I still have along way to go with my weight loss but I have no doubt I will get there with Brad’s guidance and knowledge. I look forward to my training sessions and Brad's sense of humour and quick wit make them very enjoyable."
